Welcome to Coorabell Public School.
It is a privilege to lead such a special school, where our beautiful natural surroundings are matched by a caring, connected community. Surrounded by the beauty of the hinterland, Coorabell Public School offers the unique combination of a close-knit community and high-quality learning, where every child is known, challenged and encouraged to thrive.
I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school. When students, families and staff work together with trust, respect and shared purpose, children flourish both academically and personally.
Our dedicated teachers are committed to providing high-quality, explicit teaching that builds strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while nurturing curiosity, creativity and a genuine love of learning. We strive to create classrooms where every student feels challenged, supported and confident to take the next step in their learning.
Just as importantly, we want every child to feel a sense of belonging. Through opportunities in sport, the arts, leadership, environmental education and our rich community traditions, students develop confidence, resilience and the skills to contribute positively to the world around them.
